The verdict

Same form factor. Different surface, different grain.

Pro Grade is 80-grit aluminum oxide on a flexible backing — the panel-prep roll for body filler, primer scuff, and bare-metal feathering. Stikit 426U is 120-grit silicon carbide with a peel-and-stick backing for sticking to blocks and contoured forms. Alox on body work. SiC on metal and wet sanding. Both wrap, but they're wrapping different things.

Pick 3M if

Auto body. Filler shaping and panel prep is what this roll lives for.

Pick 3M if

Metal finishing, stainless polish prep, anywhere you can stick a block to.
